Odbiór klucza w lokalizacji nieopodal mieszkania (biuro tyrystyczne), parking pod budynkiem, za szlabanem.
Mieszkanie w budynku bez windy. Bardzo duże i czyste. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Wyposażenie ok.
Zlokalizowane dosłownie obok wejścia na piaszczystą plażę oraz w okolicach portu. Blisko do wielu restauracji. Mały sklepik na dole, ale raczej nie polecam do większych zakupów.
Okolica mocno imprezowa, co może być plusem i minusem. W nocy, zwłaszcza w weekendy, muzyka niesie się po całej okolicy i może przeszkadzać w spaniu.
Okolice plaży piaszczystaj mocno zatłoczone. Jak ktoś lubi Chorwację za puste, piękne plaże to zdecydowanie nie ten adres.
Wspomniany sklep na dole - mega drogi. Poza tym pan obsługujący bardzo niesympatyczny. Polecam zakupy w okolicznych marketach (Lidl jakiś km dalej).
Powyższe "wady" to raczej specyfika otoczenia, dlatego nie odnoszę ich do oceny samego apartamentu, który był 10/10.

Przestronność, funkcjonalność apartamentu, zmywarka, pralka, klimatyzacja , duży prysznic, 3 osobne sypialnie duży salon i taras z pięknym widokiem oraz bliskość do plaży i restauracji

Die Lage ist super, die Unterkunft schön und neu.
Die Kissen sind eher hart aber sonst alles super.
Die Wohnung ist ringhörig, beim einen Zimmer hat es keine Vorhänge

Die Lage war super
Die Wohnung war ganz okay. Es mangelt an Ablagefläche. Einerseits in den Schlafzimmern um Kleider hinzulegen, andererseits im der Douche für unsere Kulturbeutel.
In der Douche fliesst das Wasser in die falsche Richtung, nicht zum Ablauf. Wir mussten nach jedem Gebrauch den ganzen Boden trocknen. Da unsere Kulturbeutel auf dem Boden stehen...... Das könnte man mit wenigen günstigen Möbeln beheben.
Ferner stehen die Container für den Abfall genau neben dem Hauseingang, was zu unangenehmen Gerüchen im Treppenhaus geführt hat.
Auch der TV war defekt.
