Nice and clean. Spa is super good and super cheap.
Location is bit inside of Madina..minimum 10 minutes walk to go nearest taxi station, difficult in hot summer.

The workers were response to every need. Willing to help and guide for a better experience especially when we wanted to move from point A to B by arranging transport for us.

Centrally located though less so than it seemed on the map. Very pretty decoration in the rooms and the coffee corner. The shower room was nicely decorated too and there was plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and we were warm and dry (it rained cats and dogs for two days !)
The breakfast was good but they do not offer dinner at the weekend (we didn’t realise) which seemed a bit illogical.

Once you leave the building all hell breaks loose . In the centre of Medina not suitable location
Traveling within Medina was very ruff
