The staff was very friendly and efficient, and helped us out with changing rooms (for a fee) when we realized the room we had booked was just too small for us and our luggage. The neighborhood was great, lots to see and do, and the subway was close enough that we could walk. Plenty of interesting restaurants nearby as well. Great view from the observation deck on the roof of the hotel.
Having a restaurant that served breakfast in the hotel was a real bonus. The set menu offered a number of options. Overall, I thought the food was good, but it tended to be a little undercooked.

Everything. The whole stay. The view is breathtaking from the room and the rooftop, the staff is really nice and not intrusive but so helpful as well. The breakfast is deliciously made. The value for money is crazy.

Clean, exceptional location
the size of the room, ridiculously small especially for travellers with luggage. Breakfast team very pleasant despite being a tad inefficient

Only good thing was the location
Small rooms, very hard bed mattress. 5th hotel we staid in during our stay in Japan and it was the most expensive and most smallest and uncomfortable. Expecting Roof Top bar but just a terrace, nothing going on up there!
