Good location, nice room, great bed & shower
Ignore the multiple number of requests you get from the proprietor for a “pre-deposit to ensure your booking”. This goes against all booking regulations and rules. Quite annoying. Oh and don’t expect all too much from breakfast (quite expensive for what you get..)

Location is pretty good. Room is quite spacious.
The bedsheets were dirty.
Also, I was doing some work in the room and the cleaning staff just barged into the room without even knocking on the door and started spraying room freshener. When I confronted him he said that he didn't know the room was occupied.
