The cottage was very nicely done. We liked the well equipped kitchen and the spacious sitting room . The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable.
We enjoyed being in the centre of Dartmouth which is lively place . The parking permit was an added bonus in a town where parking can be difficult.
The smaller bedroom felt a bit cramped with the bed up against the wall. The stairs up to the second floor are slightly awkward and the bathroom is not on the same level as the bedrooms - which is more of an issue for older people.
In the busy holiday season, expect to hear loud music from the local pub - which does stop at 10.00 p.m

Fantastic location
My partner has developed mobility problems so both bedrooms on top floor was a problem and made us decide to leave on Wednesday instead of Friday
Toilet seat was very loose.
No mattress protector on the main bed.
