The hotel was cozy, with comfortable and clean rooms and a great location. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmad at the reception for being extremely helpful, welcoming, and supportive throughout our stay.

The reception service was excellent, and the breakfast staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The food was delicious, and Ms. Asia was especially kind and made our stay more enjoyable.
The hotel was a little far from the main attractions.

I am quite pleased with the staff; they are exceptionally helpful and kind. When my daughter was feeling unwell and unable to join us for breakfast, I inquired if I might take a plate to our room. They graciously accommodated my request this time while also informing me that it is not typically permitted. Overall, the staff is very helpful, and the hotel seems quite ordinary compared to others.
The breakfast buffet did not meet expectations. The menu remained consistent daily, with minor variations such as the inclusion of hotdogs, bread, egg bread, or bread with shakshuka. Other menu items were unchanged. It is recommended that the culinary offerings be diversified to enhance guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the preparation of a fried egg, which required a 10-15 minute wait, yielded a plain egg on a small plate without the option to customize with ingredients such as olives, cheese, green peppers, or onions. Unlike other establishments, the preparation was not performed in front of the guest.
