These are very nice and spacious apartments in the heart of Joburg CBD, and they overlook the majority of the city. You have major malls within a 30km radius. Host is also available at all times, Security is very knowledgeable about the area.
The apartments are deteriorating. The doors are falling apart at the frame, the bathroom has a hole in the ceiling, DSTV doesn't work, and to top it all off, the main elevators don't work so you can only utilise the goods lift.

The geyser was off so we had to call the buildIng manager to sort it out for us.
They’ve provided us with a broken iron which it wasn’t working at all so we had to call the building manager to assist us with iron😢
There’s a hole on a ceiling 😩

The apartment is modern and has all appliances.
The kitchen cabinets were oily on the outside.
The kettle was filthy on the outside as well.
I was given a toilet paper roll that looked like it was dropped in water/toilet and got dried, it had yellow liquid stains.
I'm not happy with your house keeping, they need to do better when it comes to keeping the place spotless.
That toilet paper roll was the most appalling thing ever! It goes to show that you don't take guests serious.
