Schönes Haus, am Rand einer schönen Stadt!

Es ist ein sehr wundervolles Haus! Alleinstehend am Ende einer Sackgasse. Nachbarn waren aufgrund der Nachsaison nicht vorhanden. Genau das was ich wollte. Sehr schickes Haus. Sehr gute Ausstattung, schöner Pool und ein Carport fürs Auto. Haus für Pärchen und eins zwei Kinder zu empfehlen. Radtour in die schöne Altstadt dauert 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Sehr empfehlenswert, wenn die Klima gewartet und voll funktionsfähig ist.

Leider gibt es in der Umgebung sehr viele Hunde, welche nachts ( jede Nacht ) Konzerte bellen. Durch die Klimaanlage wäre das kein Problem. Leider machte die Klimaanlage laute knarksende Geräusche und ging zwischendurch aus und wieder an. Ich denke die ist ein Wartungsfehler. Kühlen tut sie, nur ist sie im Schlafzimmern sehr laut. Aber mir aufgrund der defekten Elektronik, denke ich. Den ersten Abend hatten wir keinerlei Probleme. Da war die Klima kühl und leise.
