A localização, máquina de lavar e secar e estacionamento fora da ZTL, coberto e fechado. A banheira ajuda muito depois de um dia de muita caminhada.
Escada extremamente íngreme na entrada o que dificulta muito o transporte de malas. Ar condicionado fraco para dias de extremo calor. Chuveiro é muito bom porém pequeno. Acho que os anfitriões deveriam pelo menos nos receber com água na geladeira (chegamos em um dia quente e tivemos que sair imediatamente para comprar água).
Como não temos pessoas para recepcionar a chegada, tudo nos é enviado via vídeo e senhas (como pegar o controle remoto da garagem e acesso a chave do apto). As instruções poderiam ser mais claras.
O horário do check in no Booking estava 2h mais cedo que o liberado pelo anfitrião.
Voltaria a me hospedar se não fosse verão e com pouca bagagem.
Não é uma hospedagem satisfatória para pessoas idosas e/ou pouca mobilidade.

Appartamento situato nella contrada del Nicchio che quest'anno ha vinto il palio dell'Assunta, quindi festa tutte le sere fino a ottobre. Pochi minuti a piedi da piazza del campo. Plus la vasca idromassaggio in camera.

Location of the appartment is great, minutes away from the main square.
However you cannot drive there.
THey have a cooler - this is not air conditioning as they advertised - it's a fan with water. I had a couple of sleepless nights due to the heat.
Car park they offer is down the hill 1km away and cannot drive up to the appartment. There are surveillance cameras and can fine you in case you drive up - you will get fined.
Getting the keys was like a guessing game - also very hard to locate. Keys for car are in place and the house key in another. Nightmare!
