We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the new apartment on arrival free of charge. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, bed was comfy, bathroom/shower and communal area was a decent size. Staff were lovely and friendly and were always happy to help! Breakfast was your standard hotel breakfast but all hot food was cooked fresh. We went Creamfields weekend and they served food until 4am!

Amazing Staff friendly and great to talk to, helping with the smallest of issues and giving great advice for future and current stays, location is easy to get to and train station is 1 min away. There’s also a little local celebrity that greets you called Clive
Only given 2 pillows and few marks around the room but nothing issue worthy

No-nonsense functional accommodation. Everything in the room was well designed and working.
Didn't try the bar or restaurant but seemed appealing.
Very awkward road entrance to hotel and car park.
