Very welcoming, French speaking host. Small but well equipped accommodation with tiny kitchenette in which you could have served yourself a simple supper or breakfast. Lovely private outdoor sitting area. Excellent location - straightforward 15 minute walk into centre of Beaune with easy car parking immediately outside property. Would definitely stay again.
Not easy to wash dishes up in bathroom sink as nowhere to drain - hardly a deal breaker tho!!
