Just 5 minutes to I-40 which allows for quick access to all Asheville has to offer. 15 mins to downtown Asheville, Biltmore House, Blue Ridge Parkway, Outlet Mall, Farmers Market. Enjoy covered outdoor patio with hot tub. Or, watch the stars while sitting around the fire pit. Pets welcome with $50 pet fee. Sweet little 2 bedroom cottage that was recently renovated. Sunny living room with winter mountain views. Spacious primary bedroom with king bed and smart TV. Second bedroom has queen sized bed. Full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Fantastic covered patio with hot tub, outdoor sectional, gas grill and outdoor dining table for 4. Enjoy sitting around the firepit, roasting marshmallows and watching the stars.... and in the spring fireflies! Guests have access to the full house and outdoor areas. We have all our airbnb's set up with coded entry to allow our guests total freedom. I do not generally greet guests on arrival but do live only a few miles away so I am available if you have any questions or issues during your stay. I do enjoy when I am able to meet guests so if you need anything do not be shy! Our house is located just 5 minutes to I-40 and 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. We own a 2.5 acre parcel with a second home that we also rent on Airbnb. Rent the two together for larger gatherings! The house is fairly private but does have neighbors. While a car is recommended for a trip to Asheville guests should have no problem getting a ride share to/from our location.
