Situated in Cavendish, this lovely chalet for $500 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our chalet architecture is perfect for appreciating all the natural beauty that the four seasons have to offer. Relax on the deck while taking in the picturesque views of the mountains and spacious backyard at all times of the day. Indoors, we have lots of little nooks to keep cozy and enjoy the natural sunlight streaming through the windows. Plenty of open space yet different areas for people to hang out in. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, wine fridge, coffee machine, custom butcher block, and more. Large dining area seats 6-8. Family area has many comfy seating options to cozy up by the fully functional fireplace. There are two enclosed bedrooms to choose from: one with a queen bed downstairs and two queen beds located in the second floor loft. Additional sleeping options and laundry available if needed. There are two full bathrooms on site. Unwind and enjoy the games and "man cave" vibe in the basement. ******************** Note: We are committed to providing a rigorous cleaning protocol to ensure compliance with COVID guidelines. ******************** If you plan to ski or snowboard at Okemo, please be sure to check with the mountain directly for reservations and any restrictions/proper protocols. ******************** CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: - Check-in time begins at 3:00PM. - We use a keypad lock code instead of keys to make check-in and out easier and safer for both guests and hosts. - The pad is located right on the door and you will be able to open & close the door with the provided code. - Vehicles must park on the gravel. ******************** CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: - Check-out time is by 11:00AM. (Late checkout may be subject to fees.) - Please dispose of all trash securely inside the large bin at the top of the driveway. (Trash must be in bin and not left outside or exposed.) - Do not leave any leftover food or drink in the fridge and make sure to clean out the coffee maker filter. - Please collect all used towels and sheets and place in labeled hampers. - Wipe countertops. Load dishwasher and run cycle. Put away all dishes, utensils, etc. - Close windows and make sure all exterior doors are locked.

Feeling anything killing the house was lovely for our family. The kitchen table in basement were heavily used. We really enjoyed the well-stocked game closet. The view out the back was enjoyed in the morning with a cup of tea. There were many baskets of blankets that kept everyone feeling like home. The host was very responsive during our stay.

This was a perfect spot for a ski trip to Okemo. House is awesome - recently renovated and In fantastic condition. The hosts were readily accessible and extremely accommodating. You are just a short 15 minute ride to Okemo where we skied both days during our weekend trip. I will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely property. Every detail has been thought of for you. Great to have two separate living areas. The kids loved the basement! Also, the beds are comfortable!!!!! This is not always the case with Vrbo bookings, as we all know ;) Adam the host was super helpful and v quick to respond with answers to my questions. We will return! Thank you.

Adam's Chalet was beautifully updated and had ample space for our group. View off the deck was amazing. Plenty of space for 8 of us to relax in the living room and around the dining table. Location was perfect. We were up for a bike race held at Ascutney which was about 20 mins away. We also had dinner in the Okemo area which is very close. Would definately stay again.

Great property for both adults and kids. Fantastic deck and yard that looks to be so much fun for sledding in the winter. Great property - and I’m picky.

My family had such a great stay at Honeycomb Hideout. It was the perfect spot to recharge and relax after active days at Okemo. The house is very well appointed and is beautifully updated. There are lovely, cozy details throughout. The mountain view out the back deck is gorgeous and quintessential Vermont. I actually stopped to watch a sunset for the first time in I don't know how long! Adam was easy to get in touch with and always helpful in answering my questions. Highly recommend Honeycomb Hideout for your next Vermont getaway!

Beautiful well-cared for and pristinely clean property. Clearly designed for peaceful and cozy relaxation. We enjoyed the property with our 3 children (5, 10 and 12) - and we all had a wonderful time enjoying the game room downstairs, movies in front of the wood-burning fireplace and dinners at the large dining room table. And there is plenty of space and carefully designed tucked-away spaces to find private moments. Wonderfully soft blankets abound! Personally, I especially enjoyed sunrise yoga on the loft overlooking the backyard and mountain views. An incredibly easy and quick drive to Okemo! (only about 10-15 min). We felt awful that on the first day we broke one of the lamps in the upper loft space (what a way to start a trip!?), but Adam was incredibly understanding and thoughtful. A couple of recommendations: (i) Add storage/bureaus for guests to be able to organize clothing (particularly in lower bunkroom) and (ii) Cleaning fee seemed a little high for requested check-out procedures (leave house as you arrived). Highly recommend for any season.

A great balance of comfort and convenience to Okemo

The 15 minute drive from Okemo is worth it to be in a comfortable, clean, new home with a nice view. With SIngleton's market right on the way, we didn't have to make a separate trip for some of their world famous bacon for breakfast too! The host was super communicative and the house had everything you would need in the kitchen for cooking in, which was nice.

We had a fantastic stay at the Honeycomb Hideout. The house is very well maintained and has everything you need. The weather didn't hold out for us but having a great place to stay made up for it!
