L'appartement est très complet au niveau de l'équipement ; le propriétaire ( qui est sur place en cas de besoin) a prévu quelques petites attentions qui font plaisir , dosettes de café , petits gâteaux secs pour l'accueil....
La salle de bains est plaisante, agréable comme dans un hôtel de haut niveau.
Ce qui est très sécurisant, c'est le parking privé, au fond de la cour, avec un portail de rue avec télécommande.
Les chaines de télévision n'ont pas été faciles à sélectionner ; peut-être une mauvaise manutention de notre part de la télécommande.
Ce qui est ( un peu) pénalisant, ce sont les escaliers pour accéder au 2ème étage : difficile en cas de mobilité réduite.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Atmosphäre, großzügig.
Direkt an der Straße liegend wurde die Nachtruhe gelegentlich durch laute Raser gestört.

Apartamento con todo lo necesario. Nuevo y limpio.
Buena comunicación con el propietario.
No hay ascensor. Debes subir varias escaleras, nada cómodo para las personas con movilidad reducida o si llevas equipaje.
No pudimos aparcar en la plaza de aparcamiento, estaba ocupada. Pudimos aparcar gratuitamente en la calle. Por suerte, quedó un sitio libre en la puerta del edificio.
