To the outside is an enclosed garden and patio with furniture, along with off-road parking for one car. 2 Garden Apartment is fine escape for couples looking to explore the glorious South Coast of Devon. Please note: The property does not accept Sunday check ins.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Allocated off-road parking for one car plus overflow car park for additional vehicles. Enclosed garden and patio with table, four chairs, parasol, sun loungers. Communal gardens, all-weather tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool (usually open between May and September After September, availability cannot be guaranteed and on occasions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as maintenance or poor weather). Pool Opening times 8am - 6pm. Beach 5 minutes’ walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 4.3 miles, pub 3.3 miles by road (1 mile on foot along the coastal path) Please note, the property is not located on a holiday resort, all properties are private or permanent homes, please be respectful of other residents.
