That I felt safe and secure, prefect location and the accommodation was like home. I would highly recomend Punthill Caroline Springs to anyone.

There was nothing to dislike the only thing I would suggest having more dishwashing liquid and laundry power/liquid providered but in saying that you just ask the staff if you could have more when required.

Room was nice, clean and comfortable

Staff were not present when we arrived to check in. Other guests had been waiting around 40minutes at reception, while we waited approximately 20 minutes. We had to call and ring for attention, which then created a backlog of people waiting. Unfortunately, we were also short on time as we had a bus to catch at 3pm for a wedding. The check-in process was therefore quite frustrating and impacted our plans.
