1. The hotel is located in the city centre.
2. There are a fridge, a microvawe and a hair-dryer in the room.
3. Beds are very comfortable
1. There is no reception in the hotel. If you have any questions, you need to go to the 1st floor and call to the customer service. You need a lot of patience to reach them because one time I called and they answer in 2 minutes and next time I was hold on the line during 15 minutes.
2. We were staying during 2 days. We paid for 1 night and next day we paid for another night then I called to customer service and asked to leave us in the same room. So they said that our code would be prolonged but once we left the hotel we had no possibility to go inside and we couldn't call them because we arrived from another country and didn't have a local sim card. We had to stay on the street waiting for someone who could let us in.
3. We stayed 2 days but we couldn't get more tea though it's a welcome drinks and any other hotels bring you more welcome drinks once you request it.
4. There were 3 adults in tge room and our friend were sleeping on the camp-cot opposite a window. He was frozened because it was blowing cold from the window. Though a camp-cot was very comfortable.
