Excellent place to stay in Davis.

Good breakfast. Nice area to walk/jog in the back of the hotel.

Nice hotel, but only for people with cars

Rooms, fitness center, and all facilities were great. Breakfast was lovely. The only negative is location. Next to highway and you must have a car to stay there

I will call ahead of time to verify hotel amenities.

The entire staff was very kind, friendly, and accommodating.

I’ve been to other Hyatts and this particular one in Davis California was disappointing because the “hot breakfast “ was subpar! For example. They did not have the made-to-order omelettes, fresh yogurt with cut up fruit. When I asked why the staff said that they never brought it back from when it was discontinued during the COVID lockdown. I think it’s to save money because other Hyatts don’t do that. The price did not reflect this either. Had I known then I would have booked at the other Hyatt locations.

Relatively new hotel that is a good value as long as you are not a light sleeper.

The staff was outstanding. Very professional and very friendly - to a person. The location was convenient to access. The room was nicely appointed as was the lobby. We appreciated the parking lot security in the evenings. The EV chargers were much appreciated. The water pressure and hot water temperature were good. The Wi-Fi speed was also good.

Breakfast was kind of gross the first morning. Tater Tots that were way over cooked and sausage that was barely cooked. The breakfast was much better the other 3 days. The property is located right next to CA Hwy 80 and it was quite noisy in the room at times from the traffic - especially when Harley Davidson motorcycles drove by in the middle of the night. Could use better soundproofing. There were large brown stains on the carpet in the hallway and there was a large very visible yellow stain on the bedspread. We reported the bedspread stain to the front desk and the bedspread was replaced very shortly thereafter.

Even though area not lovely, once inside the facility was great! Beautiful room, bathroom was lovely. Staff was really friendly and helpful

Excellent breakfast, with a good variety.

Better in-room coffee with real half and half. An in-room safe would be nice.

Staff was very nice and being that it was a newer hotel everything was very clean.

It was new and clean.

I was charged $10 a day for parking. Usually in downtown location in urban city I can understand parking fee but Davis California? I stayed 4 nights and for some reason I did not get maid service the entire stay. I kept thinking it was going to be the following day but when I come back at night, nothing.

The suite smells, the carpet was very dirty, I registered 4 people and there was only 3 shower towel, and no hair conditioner. I has been in others hotel in the area and I have to say they offer a better breakfast.

Superb

Very clean and updated. The heating and cooling system is central and fairly quiet. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is a bit small but they have coffee and tea available round the clock.

Breakfast was very basic. Could have included more options like yogurt or cereals. The cleaning staff opened my room door without knocking first. My room was on the ground floor next to parking lot and noise from people in the parking lot woke me up many tines during the night. The other side of the hotel is close to the highway so it's noisy as well.

horrible views, had to request to not look at freeway. charged extra for parking???

breakfast was great, internet was fast, tv was nice, bed was comfy.

smelled like toxic cleaning products in lobby and halls, they charged extra for parking each car, the window did not close correctly, so it was loud and cold during a storm, the rooms looked at a freeway, the bathroom door was a sliding door without a bathroom fan (so not very private), no proper work desk (shared kitchen counter)
