Lokalita, self check in
I would like to warn future guests about this accommodation. Shortly before check-in, we were asked to transfer a €200 deposit to ,,some’’bank account. After our stay, I received a message saying that the deposit would not be returned because we had allegedly scratched the floor, along with a video that did not clearly prove when it had been recorded.
I also requested evidence showing the condition of the apartment after it had been cleaned following the previous guest’s stay. The video provided was sped up and did not contain any clear proof regarding the condition of the floor.
The deposit was only returned after I informed the host about the failure to follow proper procedures and rules, referring to legal requirements and regulations.
I would like to encourage future guests to be careful and cautious when booking this accommodation.

Die Wohnung (Altbau - schön) ist super schön, geräumig und die Lage ist unschlagbar - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig super erreichbar.
Vermieter: TOP
Die Straße ist gut befahren (auch durch viele Straßenbahnen) - d.h. nachts sollte man die Fenster geschlossen lassen, dann ist es ok.

We were a bit late compared to the planned arrival time as we were stuck in traffic. We were offered a very nice arrangement of picking up the keys at the restaurant nearby. All worked smoothly.
The apartment is large and clean, beds were very comfortable. All utilities and devices were available in the kitchen.
The location is excellent, close to the city center and near grocery stores and cafes/restaurants. We had a nice stay with our extended family, including 3 kids. Kids are willing to come back for more Trdelniks :)

We loved several things about the property. The location was superb. The communication from start through departure was easy and fantastic. The interior of the apartment and its facilities were very nice, clean and well planned to accommodate our large family and our needs.
With the rising temperatures the week we were there we would have loved an extra fan for each resting area. Please note we did not ask but had we requested the fans, we are confident the property owners would have provided them. They are incredibly nice and reasonably accommodating.
