It was nicely located to where we needed to be as we attended a wedding. 10 minutes from the train and bus station, nearby the shops. I loved the waffle maker.
The handling on breakfast was very poor in my opinion. I’m used to a host asking for your room number and seating you. We had to wait saturday morning about 20 minutes for a table to free up because some people took a table of 4 for one person and we were a party of 3. Lift was a nightmare. My parents stayed on the 11th floor and I was on the 3rd floor. I had to use the stairs to get to them cause you cant go to other floors other than your own with a keycard.

friendliness of personnel, clean room, extensive breakfast rich in content and options, good location in the city, comfortable bed, clean sheets, shower gel and shampoo provided, also other options like gym too was present etc.
even though there is air conditioner, lack of fresh air when you really need it still felt strong, in the absence of windows for ventilation, it feels not so good, especially for people who prefer to stay longer like 15 days or more, I think --no windows --setup is not sustainable, but i guess you do it for safety reasons.
