Great, cozy hotel tucked away from the Argasi party town. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It's been cleaned every day. The pool is fairly big and accessible. And the views are phenomenal. If you want a bit more quiet in Zakynthos, this is it.
The bed is somewhat uncomfortable, and the air conditioning is blowing in the general direction of the bed. Breakfast could be better.

The location. It was quiet and you could sleep,the bus stop for Zakynthos city center and St.Nicholas & Banana Beaches was very close to the hotel. The room was cleaned every day,no comment, the cleaning lady did a great job. In the evening we stayed on the terrace and everyone was ok with this. The pool is nice and clean.
Nefeli is a 3* hotel and everything is very old. The balcony door had issues, everything in bathroom was old (toilet seat was broken). Also,there was always a bad smell,i think it is the same in all that area. The breakfast was 99% the same every day,but from each category, so you could choose what you want. In Greece, i was expecting a fresh orange juice or,at least close to a fresh, but it was not tasty,not fresh at all, unfortunately. Also, i could not sleep on those pillows,very hard

Location, a short walk into town. Perfect to walk the dinner off.
Breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Staff very polite. Fridge in room is very handy. Had one issue with air con one night. This was resolved the next day. The sea view was amazing and very relaxing. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Although you could access the sea by hotel, no proper beach. The sea is accessed down some steps. It is very sandy. Very nice.
Nearest proper beach about 1 mile away I to town, again worth the walk.
Description said bar and restaurant. Nobody in bar to get drinks. Restaurant was only for breakfast use. Although you could go and sit in there. We took our own drinks and watched the sunset.
No information in room. Emergency contact numbers, doctors etc. Reception shut at 11pm.
Having said this i would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast The room was clean and as per the photo. Nice sea view from balcony.
The parking was too small and not enough for all the customers.sometimes Your car was blocked by othet car. The bed mattress was very bad quality.
Therris no beach in front of the hotel, just a small dock where you can go down and swim.
