Easy unintended late arrival was perfect for us. Able to be in ample comfort with unexpected over the top decor and full capabilities even ice cream in the freezer . Large room king bed and one wall kitchen with suite like bathroom just past the closet with separate toilet and walk in grand shower with a view
Best bed I’ve slept in. Up over a garage so private with a side porch place seating and lounging and lunch with a pasture view. Did we say we loved the splendid decor? Grateful for this lucky wonderful find. Yes, we hope to go back and soak up more

We were looking for a place that was quiet and relaxing. This place was exactly it! The bed-oh my goodness- was AMAZING and sooooo comfy! The apartment was decorated so cute that I would catch myself just staring at all the pieces! We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we had another wonderful stay! The property is clean and quiet. There is a beautiful view of the pasture from the back porch. The location is great and is close to shops and restaurants. The owner is kind, helpful, and responds quickly. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Far above what I expected. The location was perfect for attending Texas Antiques Week. The MOST comfortable bed. Spa-like shower. Beautiful decor. Bucolic views to die for! (Donkeys in the pasture!!!) And quiet. I highly recommend and hope to stay again.

My husband and I went to Round Top for the first time and loved this cute cozy location with a tranquil pasture view just right to relax in after a day of shopping! The host was fabulous and very accommodating!

After many trips to Round Top, we have finally found our perfect and favorite place. Beautifully decorated by owners who have thought of everything. Spacious deck on the back overlooks a beautiful pasture with donkeys and cattle nearby. It feels like your favorite treehouse when you were a kid. Also, Trish is so friendly and accommodating. Close to Round Top without being in the traffic. You will love this place!!

My daughter and I stayed here for the Round Top antique experience. The space was absolutely perfect! The owner gave great recommendations and we were within walking distance to great breakfast and Mexican food! Owner was so kind and accommodating. The setting is so peaceful out in the country with cows and donkeys to greet us. We hope to come back!

Wonderful at making us feel welcome and assisting with letting us know how to use coffee machine and where to turn on outdoor lights. Everything you needed for a great comfortable stay was available. Comfortable bed, great shower and lovely space to just relax after a long day of round top shopping!! You MUST try Blue Willow for breakfast 10/10!! This was a great stay for the husband and I. Thanks foe sharing your space with us!

The location was 10 minutes from Round Top, it was so quiet and peaceful, the room was beautiful, and the bed was so comfy! We had a big truck and trailer, which fit perfectly out of the street! Will stay again!!

Cozy mixed with rustic chic! This was the perfect spot for us. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Trish made the check and out process a breeze. The bed was super comfortable and the black out shades made sleeping in, perfect! 10/10 recommend if you ever find yourself in Burton!

This place is in a cute little town. I spoke to the owner and he built the “barn” himself. It has the esthetics of a picture perfect barn on the outside, but all the modern amenities, esthetics and cleanliness that one would want on the inside. It’s so exquisitely decorated, you feel like it came out of a page of a magazine. When we arrived, the air conditioning was on and the studio was pre-cooled. We appreciated this after a red-eye flight and scrambling around Austin for wedding clothes! The balcony is awesome and has views of green grass and wild flowers, including cute cows and donkeys next door. We met the owners and their dogs. They are lovely people who were very accommodating and helpful with everything; including ideas of where to visit and eat. Tip: eat at the Blue Willow Cafe! The food is top-notch.
I would recommend this place for a tranquil getaway. It’s so peaceful and relaxing, we didn’t want to leave.
FYI: fast internet, lots of toiletries. If you are tech heavy, bring a surge strip or usb tower.

My friend and I loved our stay at Trish’s property - the attention to detail, from coffee pods to toiletries on hand, was much appreciated and made the experience a great one! We loved waking up and seeing the quiet countryside + the donkeys and cows! Also immaculately decorated - Trish is a fantastic host!

Spring Break Get Away
My best friend and I stayed at this beautiful little loft apartment and we loved it. The bed was so comfortable, the kitchenette and bathroom were spacious, and the whole apartment was spotless! We also enjoyed the back porch and just relaxing in the country. This property is in a great location and only 15 minutes from Round Top. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again. Also, Trisha, the owner, was easy to work with and super personable.
