Propriétaire très gentil et toujours disponible.
Très bien situé à deux pas du centre historique. On peut parquer la voiture dans les ruelles proches de l’établissement. Pour trouver une belle plage, il est préférable de prendre la voiture pour env 10 min de trajet.
Je recommande
La climatisation se trouve à côté de la tête du lit. Pas très agréable la nuit. Le reste tout est parfait

The room was very modern and clean, and the apartment was extremely safe. We arrived by bike and were greeted by the owner and given a secure area in the building to park our bikes overnight. The location is a short walk to the historic center of Mazara and the waterfront. It was a great choice for our night in Mazara.

The best thing was the hospitality. The owners Vincenzo e Giulia are very attentive, kind and helpful. Vincenzo went above and beyond to make our stay extra comfortable. A 5 star service!
I didn't realize during the booking that the Erice suite I booked didn't have a kitchen (comes with fridge and coffee machine). This is the only room without a Kitchenette. My mistake though!
The room facing the street can be a bit noisy due to traffic as people in town are out till late, but this didn't spoil our stay.

The original room we were offered had no cooking facilities to speak of and we were then offered a "family" room which was slightly better equipped, though barely adequate in kitchen equipment. The sofa was not comfortable. The place uses several metal keys for the doors. We misplaced one key and got so far as paying a €200 bill for replacements to all the locks affected by the loss of the external door key, before fortunately finding the lost key. The owners stopped the order to replace the keys and refunded the money, but in days when hotels use keycards which cost nothing to replace if lost, these old fashioned metal keys are a liability. The decor is minimalist and so is the equipment.
