Nestled in Weedville, this attractive house for $266 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Whether you are escaping to see our majestic elk or planning a fun-filled family vacation in the PA great outdoors, Walnut Acres has everything you need and more. Situated on 4+ acres of land, our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. With four bedrooms (queen beds - linens included) and two full baths (towels provided), we give you all the comforts of home. Additionally, our open-flow concept home boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, family room with a large sectional, big screen TV, Free WIFI access, and an inviting dining area. Start your morning with coffee on the large covered porch or escape with your favorite book to our cozy second-level screened-in porch. After a full day of activities, grab your marshmallows and head to our outdoor patio and large fire pit for some family fun. Second home on property for additional guest accommodations - please inquire. Walnut Acres allows easy access to The Elk Country Visitor Center, elk viewing areas and all of the glory of the PA Great Outdoors. Walnut Acres is within a few minute drive of gas stations, pharmacy, convenience store, dollar store, bars and restaurants.

We (7 adults and 2 children) really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this lovely property. We found the house clean and spacious; the beds and pillows comfy. The privacy
screen in the large bedroom was a pleasant surprise and a good idea! We had excellent weather for early October so we really enjoyed the outside space and spent most of our time on the covered patio (a great hang-out spot!) and around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed the large yard and we had an impromptu game of kickball. If only the elk had been more cooperative. Only saw a couple across the field at the Visitor’s Center. We did hear coyotes one night, though. Overall, great property and location. We’d love to stay here again!

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days because he had a family reunion. Dan made this so nice and easy for us. And there were a few times that we had questions during our stay, and was so nice and answered back within minutes. Would love to stay here again. Everything was so relaxing, and even seeing the fawns were nice too.

We were very pleased with this house and our weekend here. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and also cooked over the fire. Loved the open floor plan and the fire ring is right off the patio. It was very comfy and cozy. The one downfall was the water needed to be boiled for drinking, but hopefully that isn’t forever. We would definitely stay here again!

A great location. Easily held 3 adults and 3 children 4 to 9 with room to spare. The Grands enjoyed the outdoor activities and large lawn. We had successful elk viewing at the visitor center and Winslow Hill. The leaves were beautiful, the weather perfect for fall. We will be back!

We loved everything about this location. Kids loved all the games and outdoor toys. House was very clean .

Our experience was positive overall. We were surprised that when entering the house we found a note telling us that the water was unsafe to drink and must boil for 1 minute. I feel this should be disclosed. Glad we brought plenty of bottled water.

This house was very spacious and clean. Great for larger families. The kitchen was well stocked. The patio and decks were great. We loved the fire pit. Dan was great at responding quickly. We would definately stay here again.

We, My Wife, 2 Daughters ( 15 and 19 ) along with My Mother and Father-In- Law were quite comfortable with the Floorplan. Our Girls to first call on the larger room that had the 2 beds and a screened in porch. My Wife and I pick one room and My In-laws the other. Open space inside and out. My Wife and I enjoyed playing with Our girls in the spacious yard and We all enjoyed a BBQ and Firepit night leading to S'mors along with a Story Chain.
