Amazing staff. Hospitality was great

Location was convenient enough to reach train station, airport and city sights easily by taxi. There is a convenience store next door. The staff were polite, helpful, were able to communicate in English. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean; wifi worked alright; there is kettle, mini fridge, AC, hand-bidet and hairdrier. Family rooms with double+ single bed configuration. Card payment accepted. Nice looking courtyard to relax.
- there was only tea; no coffee in room.
- the variety at breakfast could be improved; especially for vegetarians
- there is no elevator and one needs to carry suitcases up and down.
- There is no metro station nearby.

pretty large room, clean linen and towels
Breakfast is very poor. Beans coffee isn’t included, juices aren’t included.
The bathroom isn’t clean, man’s hairs and something else on the toilet 🤢
