Amazing view, great family space with lots of things to entertain everyone. Lovely pool and outside space. Host really helpful.
Layout was not great. Only 2 en-suites for 2 of the bedrooms which meant some other bedrooms had to use the en-suites, not great in the night. Downstairs bedroom, their bathroom on the other side of house. Some bedrooms didn’t have wardrobes so nowhere to hang clothes and small things like bedside lamps and bins in rooms would have been helpful.

A great location, it has wonderful views, and is near Bergerac. Plenty to do in the area. The outside areas are fabulous as is the main open plan living space

Lovely location. Nice and peaceful. Great for doing stuff with the kids. 30km+ car free cycle route along the river, chateau de Bridoire was excellent and Univerland was not too far away with lots to do.
So much to do at the villa too so spend most afternoons around the pool and playing all the games, table tennis, pool table, darts. Lots of TV’s with Netflix for a bit of downtime too.
Beds were all very comfortable and each room had electric shutters, which were amazing, so no early mornings from the kids waking up with the sunrise. 😃
One of the upstairs bedrooms does not have an en-suite. There is a huge and lovely shower room down stairs, but if you get up in the night it is a bit of a pain to go downstairs.
Definitely need flip flops around the pool and on the terrace as the surface is just concrete. Perfect for non-slip but a bit uncomfortable in places for bare feet.

View was great and the photos of the property looked great.
The house needs some finishing touches. It was described as a 6 bedroom house.
2 of the bedrooms were off the main bedrooms
Confusion with owner on arrival over 5000 euro deposit.
