Gostei muito da decoração do apartamento, aquelas luzes de led entre as cortinas é sensacional sem contar que tem a iluminação próximo a cabeceira da cama, ou seja, uma excelente ideia. Outra coisa que gostei foi da varanda e a TV com acesso a internet.

O que não gostei foi do Wi-Fi várias vezes a conexão cai e não tem muita rapidez. Acho que deveria fazer um estudo para melhorar a questão da internet. Outra coisa é a chave de acesso ao quarto, frequentemente ela não funcionava e tinha que trocar. No mais foi uma experiência incrível já estive em Vitória 5 vezes só que no flat foi a primeira e garanto que arrumei meu local favorito vocês estão de parabéns.

Walking distance to a great shopping/ food area and to nice beaches. Centrally located. The room was well laid-out and nicely put together. It was overall fairly clean except a bit of grout issues in the bathroom.

This is sold as a hotel. It is not a hotel but an apartment-like AirBnB. This would be fine had we expected it, but one should know what they are getting into. We went on a holiday weekend so there was no service and only 4 very flat pillows for the 4 of us and 4 thin towels for the 4 of us (family) which we had to go to the beach with, bathe in, etc for 3 nights until service came. The main bed is fairly comfortable (for Brazil standards: they love hard mattresses) but the pull-out was stiff as a rock. Other than that, great location and well-laid out rooms.

it’s not ocean front view like we see in some pictures. it’s a ocean SIDE view and in a lower floor.

the safe in the room was out of Order, no one seems to look after the building. a general impression of shabbyness
