Margado was, in every way, the perfect place for us on our first visit to Sifnos. Prior, Katerina had been extremely helpful in recommending places to eat, where to hire a boat and car and once we arrived we felt immediately welcome by the lovely family’s warmth and kindness. We were collected from the port and fell in love with the view from the terrace and our room’s balcony.
The room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed and the traditional and homemade breakfast served each morning was delicious. The hotel is very well situated in terms of privacy and seclusion whilst being able to walk or drive into Kamares and we were able to park without issue.
Overall, we absolutely loved Margado Hotel, fell in love with Sifnos and we are recommending the hotel to our families and friends and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else on our next visit to Sifnos. The hotel and the family who run it, made us feel so at ease that it just enhanced every aspect of our trip.

The location was perfect, and they even collected us from the ferry. The hotel was beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and had a lovely atmosphere throughout. As a family-run hotel, the hospitality was exceptional—they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The breakfast was great!

Margado is the definition of true hospitality—it truly feels like a home away from home. The accommodation was clean, modern, and conveniently located close to everything. Our hosts, Stella and Nick, provided a delicious complimentary homemade breakfast and attended to our every need to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.
