Do NOT Stay here! AWFUL ALL AROUND

The only thing we liked about this place was the location of the apartment.

Where do I start?! I am an airbnb host myself and having been taking care of travelers for the last 5 years. I am so disheartened and disappointed in our experience here. Originally I booked this place for myself, my child, my friend and her baby. We ended up deciding to not travel with the baby. We waited 20 minutes for Maria - the maid and manager of the place to open the place for us. She didn’t speak any other languages so I tried my best to follow her since I speak fluent French, Spanish, English and Vietnamese. She didn’t understand any of my questions which was fine. I wasn’t bothered. She demanded I pay her 104 euros cash for linens, 3 bath towels and for her to clean. I had 110 euros on hand and she said she’d come back with the change. I had already paid 1000 euros to stay 5 nights. The bedsheets were only on 2 of the beds! She literally left only 3 bath towels. She only left 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 nights. We aren’t High maintenance so I didn’t complain or ask for anything. I was put off that the bedsheets smelled so bad! It’s the smell of when you wash s clothes but don’t dry them in time before they have a horrible stench to them. She didn’t leave any blankets so we were chilly at night. I took the blankets from the crib to cover my son so he wouldn’t be freezing. On check out day, I wrote on the booking that we checked out. We took all our garbage with us because she threatened we’d be charged 20 euros if we left any trash behind. We left the place very clean. I asked the owner on the booking site to return my 6 euro change. He did nothing but told me to call Maria to get the change she owed me. I had to place an international call that would cost me money to call her to get her to do the right thing and give me my change back. The furniture in the apartment is old, very uncomfortable and heavily used. The beds were not comfortable. The pillows were hard and very thick leaving us with tweaked necks.

Fantastic location

The location was fantastic. Close to the main square the heart of town with events in the evening (we were there in high season) and many places to eat and drink. Walking distance to the wonderful beach. The place was spotless and spacious and with two full bathrooms. Maria was very helpful and available if needed. I would definitely try to stay here again 😀.

The parking box is a bit tricky to get in and out of but can be done with patience. There was always free on street parking if willing to walk 5 minutes so it was no problem anyway.

Super séjour 😍 personnel accueillant et emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Sardaigne. Je recommande sans hésiter.
