Compared to where I had just come from in Copenhagen, I thought I was in the wrong place. 5 times the size, everything I needed and free parking. Less expensive. Tip, the multi story car park you can use for free, go to the top floors, and walk through the Diechman Passage (Saves you pulling you suitcases up a hill. The Penny Market nearby for simple supplies, the nearby REWE is better. For me, the generous size of the apartment after the sardine can I had the previous 3 nights made it for me, plus the central location for exploring Lubeck. I would certainly stay here again.
I don't get on very will with entry touch screens, which I have difficulties with at times (Also high up for shorter people). I found the door code buttons on the apartment doorhandle very difficult to read in the corridor to gain entry. Can the lighting be improved please? Or, take a magnifying glass.

Beautiful big room with divide, well styled. Really quite enviroment, and a fan was provided since there is no A/C. We but the fan in front of the open window, which was as good as an A/C.
The build itself is also beautiful, some some stylich insurance administration build from around 1900, well renovated while keeping the style.
Parking was a bit odd, the drive from Hotel to the carpark was about 15 min, the walk back only 5 min.
I understand this is only temporary due to som construction work, but you do need a SatNav to find the carpark.
The parking is included and address and procedure well documented by the hotel.

Everything; great facility/excellent restoration/marvelous location. In the historical downtown with easy access to attractions and conveniences.
Only think that needs improvement are the pillows (on the bed). They're basically bean bags in form. I know this is common in Europe, but a doctor will tell you these are not good. A real pillow needs to maintain its form and should be rectangular for neck issues (not square).
