This one bedroom, one bath condo offers upgraded amenities and furnishings, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with gleaming quartz counter tops, a cooktop, full-size refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine and a deep sink with undercounter lighting. You’ll have everything you need to whip up a meal or a picnic lunch to take to the beach. Inside the cozy unit you will find a queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. You’ll also find bedding and linens provided for your care-free beach existence. A hair dryer and wardrobe hangers, terry cloth robes, USB charging stations, dimmer switches, bedside lamps for reading, two TV’s for catching up with your favorite shows, Wi-Fi access and a dedicated work station are all furnished to round out your beach home away from home. For year-round comfort, the unit has a self-controlled heating and air conditioning unit, along with a ceiling fan in the bedroom. There are coin operated laundry machines just steps away within the complex, two outdoor dining areas...one covered and one open air.
