I liked their check-in system and how quiet and clean the place was despite it being packed with teenagers. I was in a room with people who were very respectful. The bed was nit as claustrophobic as I feared it would be: it was an upper bed and there top was not sealed that way air was coming in. I really appreciate that I could leave my car in the parking lot without problems as my appointment got delayed. That way I had time to repack and get sorted.
The locker system got me confused and there were not enough wall hooks; we had to put a chair into the bathroom to put clothes and stuff there.

Loved the ambience, friendly staff, breakfast looked great, beds were awesome with the curtains plus very soundproof.
Having pegs on the wall to hang your towels on. The hinges on the bathroom door and toilet doors need piling as they are super loud!
