It seems there are more lockboxes there now than before so we had trouble finding the correct lockbox and opening it, but we eventually figured it out. We loved the location of this place. It is a nice river walk away from the train station and close walk into the town. It's also easy to get to from other areas as it's off to the side and we like that it's so large, spacious, tall ceilings and right across the street from Sainsburys. Honestly, the location can't be beat and is the best thing going for this place.

There were some issues upon arriving worth noting. • We tried contacting the number in the book twice about the below issues and checking in and did not get a response. • There was construction happening, so it was noisy and there was scaffolding blocking the front view, we weren't made aware of this before arriving. • The front door did not have a dead bolt so it was a little unnerving sleeping at night. I'd recommending updating the door security. • Upon arriving we could smell smoke and weird smells inside, we purchased a room de-orderizer spray but it still smelled basically the whole time we were there, previous tenants were not clean so the place needs a real deep clean after tenants like that. • The place looked like it wasn't cleaned on first impression, stains on the couch for eg. We had to pick up bits of food off the counters and floors in the kitchen, we killed a cockroach on the kitchen counter on the first day which almost ended our stay right then and there and someone left the window open so we killed about 15 moths that made their way into the bedroom. After that, the bug situation was okay, but probably due to the cleanliness of the people that stayed there before us. • The shower drain was full of hair, not ours. I had to get tissue and clean the drain by grabbing it up. Upon throwing the previous peoples hair into the garbage we saw their garbage still in there, so the garbages were not emptied before we arrived, probably just an honest mistake? • The water in the shower drain did not go down, so to prevent flooding I purchased Mr. Muscle from Sainsburys and cleaned the drains for them. • The bathroom lighting is dark and makes brushing teeth or shaving impossible. It also had burnt out lights, so I got replacement bulbs and changed those to improve the lighting as well. • The throws on the couch and pillows smelled dirty. • There were cobwebs in places, and yes we understand it's an old building so it just needs a deep clean.

very clean, very walkable distance to town (10mins to the bottom end/ wetherspoons area), necessities provided eg washing up liquid, shampoo/conditioner etc, coffee. Across from sainsbury’s so ideal for any food shopping and in a nice quiet cul-de-sac. Really nice flat that is plenty big enough for two and decorated nicely.

the nearest car park (Charlotte Street) is very expensive so best to travel into Bath by train if possible. Only other very minor things: no soap in the toilet which wasn’t an issue as we had some just unusual as all other toiletries provided. The sofa bed has a low back so you can’t lean against it very well but high chairs at the table very comfortable.

Quiet location, supermarket opposite which was convenient. City centre easy to walk to. Nice to be by the river.

Pretty central and a Sainsbury's conveniently across the road. The place had everything for a short stay.

The WiFi was coming up as restricted and wasn't really functional. The place was clean but not very polished. There were dirty looking pillows and a duvet just thrown in the closet. No room to put our stuff in the closet. The bedroom window wouldn't open. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working. Pretty overpriced for what it was. Check in was later than usual and check out earlier than what you would usually get in that sort of accommodation.
