The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
We had a fantastic view from the villa we had rented.
The place is a bit remote, and you will need a car or other transportation to get to and from the hotel. However, the staff are very willing to help by picking up takeaway food, drinks, and other necessities from nearby eateries. You can also book delivery from 7-Eleven.
Breakfast was of a satisfactory standard, with both Thai and European dishes.
There is no restaurant at the hotel otherwise, and no bar either, so no alcohol is served.
It’s a great place to stay for a few days while exploring the many attractions in the area.
The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well.
The villa we had booked was very nice and spacious. It was the 85 m² unit with two bedrooms, a large living room, and a long, beautiful balcony running the full length of the villa. Located on the first floor with stairs.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was, like many other places in Thailand, poorly designed. It looked nice, but it was really lacking shelves and counter space for makeup, soap, shampoo, etc.
They also have the unfortunate habit of placing the toilet far too close to the wall, which makes it uncomfortable to sit — I’m not sure why they do that.
There were also no bath mats for the wet floor, but we were given extra towels upon request.
This was probably the only thing we felt could have been better.

I like the serenity of the place. The area has agricultural plantation, other accommodation that were located some distance away. My booking was for a 2 bedroom villa that had attached bathroom in each of the room. There was also a large outdoor space for hanging out complete with a mesh netting in one of the section that overlooked the ground floor area. Very lush and pleasing surrounding. Staff was helpful, to the extent of letting us use their 7-11 convenience store app to order food and delivery. Bear in mind, there is only a nearby restaurant that is about 10-15 mins walk away. And it was so dark at night which discouraged us. We only went once to that restaurant for early dinner and then back to the resort. Breakfast was nothing fancy, just basic items. We had air conditioning problem on the 2nd day and although it was resolved much later that night, the problem arose again the next day. We were offered the next villa but it was a 1 bedroom villa and thus, we had 2 side by side units. This 1 bedroom villa only has a small balcony but otherwise whole unit was enclosed and therefore, no insects! Water pressure was also much better. In this unit, a microwave was provided along a refrigerator. We only had a refrigerator for the 2 bedroom villa.
The 1st night we were swamped with flying insects that crawled into our rooms as well. We literally had to switch off all lights except for one and ran into our rooms sealing the door edge. The shower in both our rooms had inconsistent pressure.
The 3rd night as we were transferred to a 1 bedroom villa, the bed was a simple metal bed, thin frame, soft mattress, soft pillows that sank to the bed when laid on, bedding and comforter was cheap hotel style fittings. Water pressure although was much better, the shower head leaked so it was literally back to square one!
They don't have a phone that you can call front desk if you had a problem. You need to walk to the main reception which, luckily for us, was just below our unit.
If your unit is located away from the main reception, be ready to walk some distance for breakfast and back.

Location
The room I got didn’t match the photo advertised here. The building is aged. The room is basic and could be cleaner. The bathroom has some smell. WiFi didn’t work. To be fair, the staff came out to try to help though it still didn’t work. Breakfast isn’t great and should be better. Overall, not great value.
