Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 960 sq ft loft features 15ft ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft has 2 bedrooms in an open concept setting. One bedroom is exposed to the living area and kitchen while the 2nd is tucked away. There is 1 king bed and 1 queen bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room that provides a third sleeping spot if it is needed.We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! Guest Access You'll have full access to the entire unit during your stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the second floor. We do not provide parking however there are plenty of public lots nearby Mercury View. Check out Park It Downtown to narrow down the search! Filter by looking for locations close to "the Gulch". Closest open air lot will be Javanco and Contractors Lot. The closest garage will be at the ICON building. UrbanNashville is not responsible for any parking tickets, fines, or towing fees. Interaction with guests We let our guests have their space but if needed, our team will be around to help. If you have any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, our team will be available for you. Additionally, inside the property, you'll find a helpful booklet with our contact info, helpful info about the property, and places to check out in the area. Other things to note → No Saturday arrival or departures allowed. We typically will have a 2-night minimum on the weekends. Minimum night stays may fluctuate with certain events and holidays. → Due to the nature of the exposed and loft-style ceilings, you will be hearing the AC kick on and off. This is unavoidable. Sound machines and ear plugs available upon request! → There is NO cable, but there is a Smart TV with all streaming capabilities → Parking is NOT included. There is a PUBLIC lot on site. → We are located on the 2nd floor of our building and are accessible via a full flight of stairs or a handy elevator. :) → Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate of other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm. → Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 6 people. There are a dishwasher and ice maker. Laundry is in the unit. There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided (including linen & pillows for the sofa bed). Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Getting Around ON FOOT With so many options for dining and entertainment just steps away, you can get to most places by foot! Your unit will include a detailed map that shows the great places you can visit in just a few blocks. RIDESHARE There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option! TAXIS See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs. MTA BUSES The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. NASHVILLE B-CYCLE Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike! One is located just two blocks from the lofts at the corner of 11th & Pine St.
