very polite and helpful staff. room ok but no real ventilation. breakfast was good except the egg.
could not get a poached egg as they had the wrong vinegar i was told!?

The pub was really nice, the evening meal main courses were good.
Staff very helpful, accommodating, good customer, service and great professionalism.
The desserts were average as they were shop bought and not homemade.
The bathroom needs to be fixed, the toilet seat coming off, the toilet roll holder fell off the wall, the shower screen leaks so flooded the bathroom floor.
The king size bed, was two singles beds together, so uncomfortable in the middle. Needed a thick king-size mattress topper to reduce the sag in the middle.

Evening meal and the room were fantastic. So was the service and communication beforehand, really brilliant.
The full English was disappointing, not great quality and not very nice unfortunately.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious
Breakfast was almost inedible. The mushrooms were like pieces of cardboard. The room also smelt musty and didn’t look that clean.
