Great location, very average otherwise

Great central location very close to the CBD

The unit is looking tired, and a bit grubby. The sofa couch was horribly uncomfortable and bedding could do with a replacement. Not the greatest for the price we paid

Not an enjoyable stay at all. Poor standards, avoid this apartment

The ONLY good thing about the property was location and the building was easy to access

The cleanliness in this property was seriously poor. There was dust all along the wall heater that barely functioned, it was gross. The beds didn’t have fitted sheets on them, just sheets wrapped around the bed. There were two heaters in the property - one was so tiny and the other on the wall was barely functioning. We had to go out and buy a heater from Kmart while on holiday!!!! If we didn’t the house would’ve stayed at 16 degrees and that was with both heaters that were provided turned on! I suggest the owner of this property to hire a cleaning company that can actually clean. The bedding was also not sufficient, the duvets were extremely thin!!!!! Not worth the money at all, I would like a part refund or at least a refund of $49 for the heater we had to buy.

Its good that we stay most of our time outside otherwise it will be hard.

Location is walking distance to the city center

Heating is very limited or close to none, no lift - not friendly for old people, they could done it better on the cleaning, carpet is sticky, sofa is dirty, blanket is dirty. Kitchen is smelly, they should wash the exhaust filter, maybe clean the oven as well.

Wonderful location, a short stroll to the gondola

Immediately upon booking, receiving a message telling us there would be a 4% surcharge for card payments (but no charge for bank transfers - expensive to arrange from UK). The apartment is on 2nd floor with no lift available. It just needs a little bit of work to lift it eg fix the kitchen cupboard doors so they close properly & screw in the handle on the small drawer next to the sofa, move the vacuum cleaner from the (narrow) hallway
