About this apartment rental
Nestled quietly in the mountains and just a few minutes’ drive from the town center, you’ll enjoy the perfect combination of proximity to town and breathtaking panoramic views. Welcome to the sunny side—our beautiful Franbichl farm. Our cozy apartment on the 1st floor features 4 wonderful bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 twin room), a well-equipped kitchen-living room (with a pull-out couch), 3 newly renovated bathrooms (with washer/dryer), satellite TV, and a large balcony. Our fantastic apartment can accommodate 2 to 9 people.
Amenities and surroundings:
• Lockable bike storage room and ski room with heated ski boot dryer
• Natural snow slope right next to the house
• Large terrace and garden with patio furniture, Weber grill, and children’s playground
• A wide variety of recreational activities in the Kitzbühel Alps—in both winter and summer (skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, hiking, swimming, (e-)biking, etc..)
• Includes a guest card for the Brixental Valley (The Brixental Valley Guest Card)
• Bread roll service available upon request
Important Information:
In winter, we rent out only the entire apartment.
Outside the winter season, we rent out our large apartment at particularly reasonable rates. The number of available rooms and bathrooms is adjusted to the number of guests—so even smaller groups can enjoy plenty of space and comfort.
Depending on the number of guests booked, the rooms and bathrooms are available as follows during the off-season and in the summer:
- 2 people: 1 double room, 1 bathroom
- 3 or 4 people: 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms
- 5 or 6 people: 3 double rooms, all 3 bathrooms
- 7, 8, or 9 people: all rooms (3 double rooms and 1 triple room), all 3 bathrooms
All options include a well-equipped, spacious kitchen, balcony, terrace, ski and bike storage, etc.
In the summer and during the off-season, additional rooms (up to 3 double rooms and 1 triple room) and bathrooms (up to 3 bathrooms) can of course be booked as needed.

Our charming Franbichl apartment:
Accommodates 2–9 people, 4 bedrooms (3 double rooms, 1 twin room), 3 newly renovated bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a large balcony with a panoramic view. A place to relax, laugh, and enjoy time together.
On-site fees: Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of €200 (in cash) and the visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per night (for stays of 15 nights or more) are due. Includes heating, water, electricity, bed linens, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel, parking; suitable for groups/families; pets allowed only upon request
