This cozy hideaway is just perfect for two and sets the scene for unforgettable moments like honeymoons, proposals, or other romantic occasions. The bedroom is a haven of comfort, complete with a queen-size bed and a window that frames a mesmerizing ocean vista. You'll wake up to the soothing sounds of the waves (and possibly the chickens), making it nearly impossible to leave the bed. But there's more – the living room includes a punee, a traditional Hawaiian daybed nestled in a window alcove, perfect for reading and taking in the view while catching the cool ocean breeze. Bedding is provided, so if you're traveling with a child, they'll have their own cozy space. The sofa unfolds into a queen-size bed, ensuring everyone has their own comfy place to rest if you’re a group of 3 (maximum occupancy is 3). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. The kitchen and flooring were freshly updated in March 2021, ensuring a comfortable and modern island retreat. Sealodge B6 is your home away from home, offering shared pool and barbecue facilities. Please note, the barbecues are charcoal, so remember to bring your own briquettes. Our Sealodge vacation rentals are nestled at the end of a peaceful side road, offering an escape from through traffic. You'll find yourself perched on a dramatic ocean bluff, with Princeville shopping just a mile and a half away. The charming town of Hanalei, along with its world-famous beaches, is just a brief ten-minute drive. Sealodge Kauai condos are designed for comfort, tranquility, and a relaxed island vibe, making your Kauai getaway a truly unforgettable experience. As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned. This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators. Although this home has internet, the speed and reliability cannot be guaranteed due to the remote location and the service being provided by a third-party. Talked to the management co. twice and informed them we needed more than 2 towels, due to the humidity, and not drying overnight. Never got a pool key. also informed management of this. Really should invest in a washer/dryer, they're not that expensive, & you could get more money per night. It's a hassle to get quarters,, and go twice a week for laundry. Also need more than 2 small size soaps. It's little things like this that keep this property from being a 5 star.

I absolutely love this location. We were in unit B6 for Toddstock75 and it was great because there are only a few steps down from the parking area to get to our unit. The view of the ocean is exactly what it showed in the ad. Waking at 5:30 each morning to go down to the grassy area with our coffee to watch the spectacular surprises every morning. No problems except we didn’t look far enough into the closet area to reveal extra towels. I would absolutely stay here again. Mahalo

Pros: great view, clean, close to nice beaches and hikes. Well stocked with laundry detergent, soap, towels, spices, cooking utensils, and beach gear. Bring your own snorkeling gear.
Cons: pool was closed entire stay & listed in small print. We had construction across the hall on a renovation the last two nights (lots of bad language from workers), terrible mattress that needs replaced (feel the springs), low water pressure resulted in a constant squill while showering.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and really rest away from the noise and chaos of most resorts, this is your place. Many places to walk, challenging trail to the beach (turtles) and not many people. Spotted whales everyday from our balcony.Not many amenities, but kitchen well stocked for cooking, pool closed during our visit, easy access to Princeville and area beaches. My only suggested would be updated bedroom furniture and linen. Would stay here again.

This property was exactly as listed! The ocean view with the window seat area is perfect! The view from the cliff side at sunrise is just outstanding. I loved this rental it was absolutely perfect and the price range was great!

Great location and view. Condo not so great. The screen door was sprung and whipped back cutting my arm when I tried to bring in the luggage. I had to go to a printing shop to have the parking pass printed which was a pain. The shower faucet leaked a great deal wasting water and needed to be fixed. The washer and dryer was coin operated and was in the basement of another building. The place needed to be updated. It was not worth it considering the added costs of taxes, cleaning, et.

We had a lovely stay st the Sealodge. The property and the views are amazing. It is a little out of the way (you need a car) but we knew that when booking it and purposely were seeking the peace and quiet. The check in and out was easy and the host was very prompt in replying to some minor questions we had. The apartment itself was nothing special, but it was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. A small price for a lovely vacation spot! Loved it, would stay again.

There was a community laundromat in an adjacent building, but both of the washers were out of order the entire time. Also, the cook top was very difficult to figure out.

What you are reading is true. It rains a lot in Princeville. Unfortunately it rained heavily during most of our stay there so this may impact on our perception. However, this lodging was a bit dated and could use some renos. It served the purpose. Before you book I would highly (highly) recommend that you consider staying on the South coast in Koloa or Poipu (spelling?).

The property location is beautiful. We didn’t realize it was located in a kind of Florida like retirement community. There was one centre near by for food and coffee. Overall the accommodation was quite dated. Bed was a bit small but comfortable. Bathroom was very dated, old shower curtain that didn’t prevent water from seeping out so we had chronically wet towels sopping up fluid that would never dry as it’s so moist in the condo. We were there during a pretty rainy time which was disappointing so our hiking things never really dried. No air conditioning. Kitchen was updated and functional but no stove. No washer and dryer and despite us inquiring into an on-site option, we could never find it. Hanalei was the highlight, nearby beach community with good beaches, stores and restaurants but the highway was often closed due to flooding. Overall, expensive for what you get. However we may have felt much different if we got better weather. Lots of hiking near by. No beach access from the condo, despite the description of a trail to the beach (this was quite treacherous and we turned around as muddy and we fell, despite us being fit!).

The kitchen has pots and pans with peeling non-stick surfaces(time to toss!), cheap silverware and no BBQ tools . Though advertised the complex BBQs. Considering the limited restaurant options at this time it was a pain. Both the over the range top light bulb and a living room lightbulb were missing. Found a replacement for the lamp. This was also the worst supplied unit we've ever stayed in. We are used to buying some supplies but for our three weeks stay we were left with 1 new roll of TP and 1 new roll of paper towels and the partial rolls from previous guests. 5 trash bags and the request to take out trash daily. 5 dishwasher tablets and a partial bottle of cheap dish detergent. This may just be a cheap management company. We didn't contact them about the missing bulbs, the outdoor light that worked half the time or the other complaints because we didn't want anyone in the unit. Plus they should know the condition, it wasn't hidden. We woke up early most out mornings not to the roosters, but to other units' alarm clocks or suitcases being dragged across the floors or bounced down the stairs. Our last week there, the ocean was pretty rough. That was also the week the pool was closed, without reason or notice. Luckily for our stay on the south shore we were rewarded with a wonderful unit that was beyond our expectations!
