We stayed for nearly 3 weeks. Weather was wonderfully mild and mostly sunny. We really loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the view of the lake. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was great - had all the necessities. My only complaint was interior lighting. It takes a lot of light for these old eyes to read. Everything was clean.

The location is a bit tucked away and easy to pass by but once we found it, and figured out the unit number, it turned out to be a great location. Close to everything but far enough out to be quiet. The apartment was clean and well kept with everything we could need available to us. Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit Hot Springs again.

Clean and cozy with everything we could need. We enjoyed the view of the lake especially while sitting on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was great. It’s close to a busy road but had very little road noise.

Once we found this place, it was awesome! It was late when we arrived so we probably went by and around this place 3 or 4 times before we actually found it. The sign was up on top of the hill so it was hard to see. But, once we found it, the place was very nice! Just the right size for my husband & I. The bed was comfortable so I actually slept good! The location was good, not right in the hustle & bustle of things but close enough to restaurants, shopping and downtown. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for us! It was just close enough to the downtown area, but still far enough out that we didn’t have to deal with traffic. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We had everything we needed and a little more. :) The location is peaceful and quiet in a small complex so there’s very little traffic in and out. Loved having the two bathrooms, the one in the master is spacious! Great balcony overlooking the lake with access from the living room and master bedroom. and close to everything! We truly enjoyed our stay and the little extra touches that made us feel at home. 💕

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the management. From booking to check in, communication was swift and thorough. We had an early flight and were able to check in a bit early, which was so greatly appreciated. The property is in the BEST location - it's close to just about everything you'd want to see while visiting Hot Springs. It was very clean, had comfortable beds and was very well stocked. When we visit Hot Springs again, we will definitely try to stay here. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this property!

Perfect place for a fishermen. The Condo has everything you need., very nice. Plenty of parking for a boat. Easy getting into the place. The contact person Tracy was very helpful. We would rent again. Great stay!

My partner and I were in town for a wedding. While many of the other guests opted for out-of-the-way hotels, we had a wonderful weekend getaway in this condo. Two bathrooms was a plus to make getting ready simultaneously easier. Views were incredible and we loved the dock and lake. Bubba Brews across the street was perfect for an afternoon cocktail. Highly recommend!
