The small but powerful kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, a two-burner cooktop, a microwave, a coffeemaker, and utensils. The bathroom is another surprisingly spacious room featuring a large vanity and shower. This rental has much more to offer guests than its interior alone. Visitors have access to a private covered deck with a dining table that seats two. This is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set or perhaps enjoy a cozy dinner. The unit also provides direct access to Lake Hamilton. The Hamilton community is located near national parks, a bustling downtown area, and even a busy casino. Guests who prefer to stay close to home can spend time in the community pavilion with a swimming dock, charcoal grills, and a fishing area. Outdoor Living: Private covered patio w/ Lake Hamilton views, 2-seat dining table Kitchen: Equipped w/ cooking basics, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, dishware & utensils Indoor Living: 1 flat-screen TV, 4-seat dining table, comfy sofa General: Free WiFi, cable/satellite, basic toiletries, hairdryer, linens & towels Parking: Driveway (1 vehicle) House Rules and Policies: - No smoking - No pets allowed - Must be at least 21 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. Would have liked to have a full size refrigerator. The listing shows the small fridge but is not spelled out in the description & we did not notice. Other than that was very clean, comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the water. Also, having a first floor reservation we parked about 10 feet from the door which is very convenient for us seniors.

Very pleasant stay right on the water. Looks newly refurbished and well maintained. We had a bit of trouble finding it, as it is behind another public building. But once we got there, we enjoyed it!
