Lage und Ausstattung. Schnitt der Wohnungen sehr gut. Balkon für kleinere Kinder und ältere Personen mit Einschränkungen ungeeignet, da das Geländer zu tief ist und damit Sturzgefahr besteht! Kostenlose Parkplätze und alle notwendigen Geschäfte, Einkaufszentrum, Bäckerei und viele nette Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen.

Allerdings sind die Waschbecken und die Abflüsse undicht. Die Spülung im ersten Klo defekt und reparaturbedürftig, sowie der Staubsauger so alt, dass er nicht richtig saugt. Hier sollte der Vermieter re-investieren. Zum Vermieter nur Kontakt über WhatsApp.

Espaço do apartamento, bem equipado e ter 2 wc

A 5 pessoa era para ficar a dormir num futon mas teve que dormir no sofá, pois estava todo partido, como se pode ver nas fotos. Não havia lençois para puder fazer a cama em condições .
