The stay was okay.. There was remodeling going on. There was inadequate lighting in the living/ dining room area.. Small lamp was not enough lighting. Location was right across from sea wall which was a plus

We paid 75 for early check in only to be interrupted by the cleaner at 3:27pm. The bed frame was broken on one of the beds and you collect to the center of the bed. After hours of tossing and turning we finally got up and put the ironing board under the mattress. The first morning the ceiling was leaking water and the floor was wet. The handyman went right to it and you can see black mold at the ac vent area where the leak was.

The entire place is under construction. They were laying tile and would start cutting tile before 8am everyday. The front sliding doors do not open. You have to pull them apart with your hands. We spoke to a lady in the elevator that said they were broken last year also. None of this is the hosts fault but we would have like to have know these things. And you have to pay to park.

This property was nicely decorated and had an amazing view of the gulf but is in bad need of updating and a good cleaning. The floor was so dirty that walking barefoot got the bottom of our feet black. The dishes, especially the silverware, were not clean. We ended up loading the dishwasher and running it before we would use anything. We were told that there was a new queen size sofa bed and that sheets for it would be in the closet, but all we found were pillowcases. As with all sofa beds it was uncomfortable, so one person slept on the sofa wrapped in a bedspread we found without opening it to the bed and said it was comfortable. Another big issue is that it definitely needs more lighting in the dining and living room area. The only light in that area came from the kitchen and a small table lamp in the living room. We tried to sit around the dining table and look at brochures and plan what we were going to do but it was too dark to read anything without using our lights on our phones. Overall, it was acceptable, but I would not rent it again.

About this apartment rental

Pent House Condo on the 12th floor featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 Bath with unbeatable, incredible panoramic ocean views. Enjoy views from the open space living area as well as the bedroom. Great care has been taken to make this condo an upscale and comfortable beach stay for a couples getaway or a nice family retreat. Extended, long balcony has gorgeous unobstructed views of Babe's Beach. Location is unbeatable with beach access right across Seawall Blvd and access to pool and amenities.

Walking into the condo, you are welcomed with breathtaking views of the ocean. Our condo has a large open living area as well as comfortable dining area and large kitchen for all your needs.
