Location is great, rooftop pool nice view, staff is helpful

I extended my stay for extra nights and was charged cleaning fee for each day I extended. Nobody came to clean the apartment up until the 3rd day only because I called to complain. The host told me the reservation does not come with daily cleaning. But then why was I charged daily? Problem number 2: The door lock on my last day would not lock. I called host he told me to check with the front desk. I went down to front desk they told me to check with host. Nobody came to fix the door until next day when I was checking out. I had to stay inside the apartment could not leave my belongings. Anyone could enter at anytime. If it was not for these two issues the apartment is good enough for a long stay it has a decent kitchen and all the essentials.
