Nestled in Madeira Beach, this attractive condo for $435 per night is a great option for your next trip. Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs. There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed. The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time out of the sun. There is a gas grill also available for your use near the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk. PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space. POOL CLOSING AUG 2024 The pool will fully close for 6 weeks starting Aug 5, 2024 for resurfacing and patio paver replacement. Enjoy a discounted rate while putting your toes in the sand or swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico!

Very nice! Oceanfront condo with large rooms overlooking the beach. Basically, had everything that you would need... private pool, sauna and easy beach access. Paula, the owner is super nice and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The condo was perfect! The view was amazing! The condo was equipped with literally everything, from a fully stocked spacious kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, to a full closet of beach/pool toys along with plenty of chairs! The rooms were spacious for all 4 of us ( 2 adults, 2 kids) the balcony was perfect for breakfast every morning! Location was perfect, we walked right across the street for dinner one night and rode the trolley one night to get to dinner or called the free beach rides (for tip only) We will definitely be back! I wish I would have booked a longer stay! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...just wish it was longer. The condo was perfect! Tons of room in the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony every night. The pool was perfect and never too crowded. We will definitely be back!

From the time we booked until we left everything went well. The owner was excellent with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything needed and more, too include multiple appliances for cooking. The view from 501 was spectacular and the building staff was also very friendly! Plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys for the younger ones. Within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and ice cream shops. Publix was a brief drive over the Tom Stuart bridge and a Winn-Dixie was close in the water side. Great experience and would return.

This property is perfect in so many ways! The size was great - everything is so open and spacious. We loved the open balcony too. Great location with two restaurants across the street and just a short drive to John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

This was our third trip to Madeira Beach and this is by far our favorite condo/location. Being on the top floor was wonderful. The condo was meticulously clean, well stocked, and updated. Everyone at the condo was lovely, from the guests to the office personal to the cleaners and maintenance crew. The beachfront views from the condo are spectacular. We were able to watch amazing, picture perfect Gulf sunsets every night. And the balcony is huge, with lots of comfortable seating. The beds were also super comfy and the master bath shower is HUGE (your whole party could fit in it).
The host provided clear, through communication prior to our arrival, which was very much appreciated. Made our arrival, stay and departure seamless.
And the location: perfect. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants, a couple of convenience stores, and beach bars. The beach is private, not crowded at all (which was really appreciated during a busy holiday weekend when the public access beaches were packed).
My only negative (and I can only fault myself) is that I wish we had booked a longer stay…it was THAT spectacular. This will definitely be our top choice for future Madeira Beach trips.

Our family of 4 had an excellent time staying at this property. The location and space were perfect. We had plenty of room and we loved all the extra beach chairs/toys for us to enjoy. Paula was on top of everything and always returned my emails promptly. We loved all the games that were in the TV cabinet. We loved the view from the balcony. We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved how mellow the entire facility was. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding condo, Paula was one of the best at getting back with the information, check in , pool code , lobby code and where to park. This was our first beach experience as a couple memorable. Many places to eat just need to be careful crossing Gulf Blvd reminds me of the movie dodgeball LOL. We also hit Ft. Desota a must stop. We needed to unwind and this provided it.

Loved the condo and the beautiful ocean views. Many places to walk and grab dinner or shop. The owners were very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. We loved using the chairs to sit at the beach and appreciate the nice pool area also. We spent a great deal of time just hanging out on the balcony. The condo was very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful! We hope to return again soon!

My mom, sister, niece and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was even larger than we expected and well equipped with everything we could need. Our favorite part was the balcony. Great view, large and very comfortable patio furniture. We felt like we were on the beach just stepping out from the living room. Paula was very nice to work with and I highly recommend staying here.

We were looking for a place on the beach with a view of the sunset, and this did not disappoint! Being able to open the entire wall facing the Gulf was a wonderful surprise, and the patio was a great place to enjoy a supper while watching the sunset. The condo had plenty of room in both bedrooms for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen! You can’t get any closer to the beach- it was amazing to be able to walk right out. The balcony off the living room looks straight onto the ocean and we could watch dolphins. Having your own /dryer is priceless. We had an amazing time!

The Condo was in the most ideal location! Good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Winn/Dixi and CVS were also close to walk to as well! The condo was clean, well kept and kitchen well equipped to cook in. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! The VIEW of the Gulf - STUNNING! The seating and eating area on the balcony was comfortable and set the stage for a glass of wine and a sunset after a long day at the beach! Pool was nice - on the small side but a small pool is better than no pool. The property grounds were well kept. A very minor detail, but was a first impression - the windows at the entry of the office and in the elevator were smuggey and dirty - that is part of my "OCD" - and this won't keep me from going back. Office Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be booking again!

Loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. The room was quite spacious, had plenty of fun games and activities for kids, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beach was right outside the property so there was no long walks to get there lugging a bunch of stuff. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Perfect view! great place to stay. A 3-minute drive to John's Pass. It was clean and they had chairs / umbrella/beach towels which was a bonus. The beds were super comfortable. Great hole in the wall restaurant right across the street called the Reef and we ate there a few times (great breakfast) and had drinks at night. Paula was great to work with and kept in contact. The front desk ladies and the maintenance gentleman were awesome and friendly and very helpful. The pool was warm but we spent all our time in the ocean so didn't really use . Def thumbs up. The parking is a little iffy. Spots are limited if people are visiting -you have to let them know- my daughter came a couple of days to visit and thankfully public parking is right next door so they just paid the $6 bucks a day and stayed. They did give us a pass as she stayed one night when the public parking closed at night , but the front desk ladies were accommodating to it

Location, Location, Location was perfect, literally steps away from the beach. The checkin was easy, lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Our condo was clean, had all the necessary utensils to cook, all linens and beach towels were provided. The host was easy to reach. We will definitely be back!!

We had the best time and best experience. The check in process with the girls in the office was seamless and they were so nice. Paula was very easy to work with and responded to messages very quickly. You had everything you could possibly need in the condo and it was very clean. The view was amazing, couldn’t beat it.
