About this house rental
Located in Long Beach, this charming house for $155 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. One small dog up to 20 lbs allowed but must be pre-approved before booking. There is a $75 pet fee. We sometimes make exceptions to this policy. Message us with details about your situation to see if we will make an exception. No Cats or any other kind of animal. Welcome to Magnolia Beach Hideaway, your home away from home! My husband and I live nearby and personally manage this home. We make sure everything runs smoothly and that you have everything you need. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and this home is very comfortable and has enough space for everyone to spread out. This 1,500 square foot home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms. There is new furniture and bedding throughout. There is a very large fenced in back yard complete with ample patio seating, a fire pit, and propane grill. All bedrooms feature new premium 12" memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed and Roku TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All beds have very soft high thread count 100% cotton bedding. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. You are sure to be very comfortable and get a good night's rest. There are 2 living rooms, each with a Roku TV that include DirecTV streaming service. You will definitely get a good night's rest as all the bedrooms have top of the line 12 inch memory foam mattresses and very soft 680 thread count 100% cotton bedding. The home has high speed WiFi connected to a mesh router to provide a strong WiFi signal throughout the house. The data speed varies from approximately 100 Mbps - 500 Mbps depending on your device's proximity to the router. There is a desk and office chair in case you need to do some work while here. The desk is located in the back living room. There is a Pack n' Play travel crib and high chair. Beach towels, wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs are also available. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook a family meal. There is a complete 12 piece pots and pans set, a variety of baking dishes and utensils, crock pot, Instant Pot, mixer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, water kettle, and more. There is a K Kup coffee maker and a traditional coffee maker. The dining table has seating for 6 people. The beach is 1.5 blocks down the road. The house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood. The large backyard is completely fenced in and has a propane grill. This is a very comfortable home. We invite you to come and stay with us. There is a 3 vehicle maximum allowed. A trailer counts as a vehicle.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Long Beach. The layout of the home was great for the different groups of our family to gather and enjoy time together and apart equally. A plus for us in this area was the lack of steps to enter the home.
The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, storage containers. We were lacking for nothing when preparing and serving our meals.
The beds were comfortable and there was enough linens and supplies for our entire group. While we didn't get to enjoy the yard due to the extreme heat, we did use the bbq pit.
The guide Lori provided in the home was excellent for managing our stay as well as the book with all the things to do in the area. She even messaged with reminders of of fireworks displays and best place to view them. We had one small issue with propane and they were quick to respond and help us get it resolved.
We look forward to renting this property or another of theirs in the future.

This property was the best stocked of any VRBO I have ever stayed in!!!! We wanted for nothing!!! The place is comfortably furnished and has everything you could ever want!!!

We have stayed at rentals in the Gulfport area for six years now and this property was the best one for our needs with so many amenities provided and the fenced in back yard for our little dog. We will return when it works out again!

The property was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The hosts were cordial and very professional, always prompt in their responses to our inquiries. I can't say enough good things about the property location. Everything--the beach, shopping, downtown Long Beach, medical services, restaurants is within easy walking distance. The bedrooms have blackout curtains for maximum privacy. The house, including the bathrooms, is senior friendly with no steps and very accessible shower and toilet facilities. The rooms are all comfortably large and the bonus room, adjacent to the covered porch, is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The hosts provided many thoughtful details, like outlet/USB hubs for each room, large refrigerator/freezer, upgraded kitchen appliances, such as the coffee maker, instant pot, and many utensils. We appreciated the reading lamp. There are toys for the children, local interest books for the adults, overhead lighting with dimmer switches, and a gas fire pit in the covered porch, perfect for family get-togethers. We prepared a six-course Christmas dinner with ease. The back yard is huge. And the hosts are great about informing on local community events, such as Christmas Tree lighting parades and walkathons. We are quite fond of coastal Mississippi, especially Long Beach and Pass Christian, and this was, by far, our best vacation experience since we discovered the area. With the thoughtful attention to detail and the range of conveniences, this property is ideal for long stays. too.

The property was very nice and clean. Plenty of amenities provided for our stay the only items needed was from the grocery store. The property is with in walking distance to the beach and centralized to Biloxi and Bay St.Louis. I highly recommend this property for future renters!!

We had the absolute best time during our stay. We had everything we needed and the place was so cute! Our son called the bonus room his “play room” because he immediately found the toys back there! It was clean and cute and very close to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and other things to do. We enjoyed the fire pit on the back patio one cool evening too. We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for opening your house so that families like us can enjoy these vacations together making wonderful memories!

Amazing family vacation
We’re a family of 5 with three college age/young adult children. We had a fabulous vacation starting with the perfect accommodations for our group! The house was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed, and was in a great location for everything we wanted to do! The large fenced yard was also perfect for our small fur baby. This was our first visit to the MS coast, but will not be our last!

Home away from home
Fantastic getaway with everything you already need. Great for families with little ones! Don’t worry about packing the whole house to stay at the beach it already has all the necessities a little one would need. This quite, cozy home has all the room for everyone to enjoy, a huge backyard and the most comfortable beds. Would recommend 100% and look forward to coming back.

Great location quiet and clean
Very nice house in a great location. The house was perfect for us. Beautiful fenced back yard for our dog to roam freely.
Lori was awesome, great information folder for folks new to this part of the coast. Checked in to make sure we were satisfied and asked if we needed anything.
We are already planning on returning next year.

Beautiful, spacious home near the beach
The property was even more beautiful than the pictures shared online... our family of six alternated between walking to the nearby beach which was perfect for our younger non-swimmer to splash and play, and driving a few miles up or down the coast to some deeper surf for swimming and surf fishing. We've stayed in quite a few VRBO properties over the years, but this was the nicest AND best value so far...

Family Vacation Early August
The house is very nice and has everything you need for a week or so stay. Three Roku TVs, so everyone can find something to watch. Bedrooms were nice. Two bathrooms, so no fighting over them. Huge fenced back yard and nice patio. Harold communicated well with us prior to our visit. Lori sent texted about check in time and offered to let us check in early. Easy walk to the beach, but beware when we were there the jellyfish were taking over the beach, so it made it hard to enjoy the water. We did have one broken beach chair that was provided by the owner and that was replaced quickly and she even left two body boards. Easy drive along the coast from the house. We went to Biloxi to do the Shrimping Boat tour, which was nice and fun. It's a little over an hour to NOLA. But if you have kids of any age you must go feed the turtles at the University of Southern Mississippi located in Long Beach. I promise, you have never seen so many turtles in all your life, bring lots of bread. Park by the library and stand on the wooden walking bridge. Overall, house is very nice, owner and manager is very nice, it's a great place.
