About this apartment rental
Welcome to Below Deck! This bright and colorful efficiency unit is tucked away in a quiet area, but is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and everything that Port A has to offer. The beach is only a few blocks down Avenue G and is perfect for a quick beach getaway or fishing trip. It has a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker for your convenience. A wi-fi enabled smart television to stream your subscription programming and wireless internet are included with your stay.
Outside, you'll find a small patio for enjoying the gulf breezes and a fenced SHARED yard that is shared by the complex for your four-legged friends to use. We've just added a shared breezeway for the complex with covered seating and a game area. It's a perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.
There is one parking space for this condo. Any additional cars, boats or trailers will need to be parked on the street.
There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, so please plan accordingly.
Below Deck is one of five units on the property which can be rented if you have additional guests. Contact us for more details or with assistance in booking multiple units.
This property is DOG friendly. We welcome well trained dogs that are not labeled as "aggressive breeds" with a limit of 1 dog for this small space. We charge a $25 pet fee and ask that you pick up after them when they do their duties outside and kennel or crate them if they are left home alone.
The primary renter MUST BE at least 25 years old who may be asked to produce a state issued ID in order to check into the property. If the primary renter is less than 25 years old, the reservation will be canceled without a refund.
