El sitio es precioso, se respira mucha calma y se disfruta de un cielo estrellado increíble.
Viajamos en Mayo y pasamos frio en la habitación. Queremos aclarar que habiendo solicitado una habitación para 3 personas por booking, a la hora del pago la reserva contaba como 2 personas y nos hicieron un cargo extra.

The house is very beautiful and quiet, located at the end of the town. You need to have a car to get there, otherwise it is very inconvenient. But for us, with a car, the location was perfect. The room is spacious, comfortable and the shower has hot water. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff is rarely there, which was nice because we had the place to ourselves. Just make sure to tell them when you arrive so someone’s there.
Unfortunately the manager, Fabian, is a very unfriendly person. He was a bit gruff from the beginning and when it came time to pay, he tried to deceive us by adding the 19% tax (around €20), even though only Chilean citizens have to pay this, but NOT tourists. According to similar comments here, he does that regularly. When we insisted on not paying it, he became extremely sulky and rude, finally saying he "didn't have time to discuss it now" and did not include the tax as we asked. Clearly, he did this only because he knew we were in the right. From then on, he acted like a sulky little child and demonstratively ignored us.

Ottimo potenziale se solo fosse gestita meglio e magari anche in persona visto che non ho avuto l’onore di incontrare nessuno se non la signora delle pulizie una sola volta in 5 giorni
Pulizia pessima, ci sono anche un paio di gatti che si aggirano tra stanze (passando anche per le finestre) e la cucina… dove hanno lasciato un bisognino tolto solo il giorno dopo perché era passata la signora della pulizie.
In bagno mancano gli appendimi per gli asciugamani o altri appoggi comodi per le valigie mancano in stanza. Mancano anche le prese vicino al letto..
In cucina c’è tutto… ma l’igiene scarseggia anche per via del fatto che in frigo vengono lasciate pietanze cucinate per giorni e giorni senza che siano coperte.
