Location is superb
NOise from neighbouring properties can be an issue if the other guests are not considerate.

A comfortable well equipped property. Convenient for Seaford town centre. Convenient for Glyndebourne. Great sea view. The property is close to the Seaford museum which is excellent

Location was perfect and many extras had been thought of to set up all you could need whilst there.
We appreciated arriving to milk and wine etc.
We were very disappointed by the lack of deep cleaning and overall appearance was tired and worn looking.
Although we felt it was 'hygienic' many areas showed a lack in attention to detail. Some areas completely ignored. For the price we paid this was not expected and not an acceptable standard.
We have taken photo's if needed.

Location is fantastic. You're nearly on the beach! Perfect for walking swimming, running or just People walking. Easy parking. Near shops and pubs. Sunsets are amazing

Great location, we had a lot of fun watching the comings and goings on the see front. The kitchen is very new and has everything you need which is great. The two balconies are brilliant. Very comfy with cushions on the ground floor. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Brilliant to have an off-road private parking space directly behind the house.
On the whole the place was clean, but some elements needed a more thorough clean. The fridge had been switched off so it was a little smelly (easy for us to solve) and the outside furniture upstairs was very dirty but had been put back inside the bedroom which made the floor dirty - all needed cleaning before we used.

Easy, simple access and depart. Lovely place shame we were here for work. Great kitchen with all the facilities you need, fantastic view, great wifi, twin type shower wet room. Would definitely come back.

Loved the position right on the seafront with balcony and ceiling fan in one bedroom being definite plus points. Great to have private parking as well. Good size kitchen well fitted out and nice decor throughout. Add comfy beds and a good shower which makes for a great stay. Peaceful location but near enough to larger towns such as Brighton and Eastbourne and for exploring the beautiful south downs. All in all a lovely place to stay. Very peaceful. Seaford has not been over commercialised and yet has everything you could want from a holiday with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Also pleasantly surprised to see free parking on the road. I would definitely recommend this holiday let to anyone.
Some cleaning issues found ie. The stair hand rails were dirty also the doors around the handles needed cleaning. Lots of black greasy hand marks on them. I wiped the stair handrails myself but they do need a good scrub. The sink in the bathroom is very slow to drain and the tap seems a little short over the sink consequently the water runs all over the back of the sink and onto the floor whilst trying to wash your hands. Toilet cistern appears loose.
We also woke one morning after a night of rain to find a pool of water by the door in the kitchen, perhaps a new threshold strip is required plus maybe a storm guard to alleviate this.

We travelled during the heatwave and there was a fan in one of the rooms - which was a lifesaver
Host was very responsive and always helpful
Great appliances - we used the oven a lot
Milk was already left for us
Tea - tasted horrible that we had to go and buy our own.

the location was ideal, right on the seafront and a short walk into town where there was a choice of good restaurants, we recommend Ollivers. The suggestions for eateries and places to visit was very useful
it was very convenient for our trip to Glyndebourne.
Absence of proper curtains on the bedroom windows, the early morning light woke us up. we were not sent a key code so that was inconvenient although solved with a phonecall

Bathroom flooded I had to unblock the underfloor shower filter. It looked as if it had never been cleaned. Sink waist blocked water took ages to run away. Floor extremely slippery requires warning notice. Bath water inlet loose.

The location was perfect. Having been born in Seaford, I knew this was within walking distance to the town and other places. The property was really well laid out, comfortable, had everything you needed. It was lovely waking up on the morning to the sound of the sea.

We know Seaford very well so no need to 'settle in'. The location is excellent.The facilities were good but remember all your necessities as there were no extras. Modern, newly decorated and comfortably furnished.
