Situated in Holmes Beach, this lovely house for $800 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to our beautiful Italian Mediterranean home in Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Fl! Recently renovated, this home sleeps 12 comfortably 8 adults, 4 children with 5 Beds and 1 new gel bed sofa sleeper. It has a private enclosed heated pool area with an outdoor bar, and a luxury outdoor Pottery Barn Extended Dining table, Cushioned Chairs and Benches to seat 10, covered by a Oversized Cantilever Patio Umbrella! Bluetooth speakers and solar LED lighting make this a intimate spot for family and friend gatherings. This home is steps from the Gulf of Mexico - 1 Block! It is located across the street in the best location! Minutes from Publix, CVS, Walgreens, across the street from Manatee Beach, shopping, Liquor Stores and great restaurants! The Fee includes cleaning and pool heat or AC. We have an electric 6P Bintelli Golf Cart that is included with bookings made after 8/4/23. It can be removed upon request before booking. Upon arrival, you will see the gated fence which makes this property so exclusive. There is parking for 4 cars. The garage opens to an epoxy colored floor Air conditioned game room/man cave. It has Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Poker Chips and Texas Hold 'em card table, Darts and dart board. Its a favorite hang out for teens and dads! Also has a freezer and refrigerator with ice and drinkware. During a rainfall - gives great opportunities to unite, play multiple games and bond with the family! Outside the back of the home is a beautiful tropical oasis with a heated pool and waterfall into the pool. There are many Resort style chaise lounges and chairs with 4" Thick padded cushions for maximum comfort. There is a Tiki Covered Pottery Barn Bar with 4 barstools and 2 Bluetooth music players that you can stream your music from. There is also a fire pit with oversized padded luxury cushioned chairs, and Edison light bulbs streaming from end to end. The outdoor dining table has seating for 10 with an oversized led lit cantilever umbrella with 2 Bluetooth speakers and a JBL Extreme Bluetooth music player. Dusk to dawn automatic solar lighting, linen table cloths, melamine tableware in the hutch inside the garage with plastic drink pitchers and wine glasses and highball glasses that are safe around the pool area. The main level of the home is up a stairway outside that leads to a Terrace with comfortable seating for 6. Inside the home you witness a stunning chandelier with an Extended New Pottery Barn Dining Table with a cushioned long bench seat and 6 upright padded dining chairs. Seats 10 in Lush comfort. There is a matching hutch nearby with linen table cloths and dinnerware for your use. The kitchen is a few steps down which has additional seating for 3 more. The elevator starts at the garage level and ends at the 3rd level of the home. Very handicap accessible with this elevator. The laundry room has new washer and dryer is off the dining room. There is a great room with seating for 10 on slipcovered white sofas with a 75" New Samsung 4K Smart TV with surround sound and speaker bar. A new slip covered sofa bed with memory foam gel opens up for 2. There is a bedroom and bathroom on this floor, the bedroom has 2 double beds and the bathroom has a shower and is equipped with 5 toiletries and very soft towels. Upstairs you will find 3 additional Master Suite Bedrooms, each with a King Size Bed, accompanying bathroom. One has a fireplace and a walk out terrace. All three have jacuzzi bath tubs. One includes a sofa, one includes a futon.

We chose specifically your home because of its proximity to the beach, elevator and numerous amenities. Upon our arrival, we were disappointed to find the garage door was not in working order. My parents as I mentioned are elderly and we were counting on the elevator to get them inside and up to their bedroom. I thank you for your quick action in contacting the maintenance gentlemen and Alaceri, however, my parents did have to wait a bit to have elevator access and a working garage door. My children, 7 and 10, were excited to use the pool and game room. We were disappointed again to find there was only one paddle for the ping pong table and only 2 darts for the dart board. Certainly not enough for a game of either. Again, Alaceri was contacted and later that evening we found the newly purchased items in the game room. Thank you again for correcting this issue, however, the delay in being able to fully enjoy the game room was unfortunate. We found a couple additional issues with the inside of the property. The fireplaces in the main living area and master bedroom did not work. We were looking forward to enjoying them and their ambiance given the cooler temps. Although we could just turn on the heat, it wasn’t as advertised in VRBO. Lastly the kitchen refrigerator’s water and ice dispensers did not work. When I mentioned it to Alaceri, she said you were aware, but nothing was done. We had to purchase bottled water for our stay from the local grocery store.

We had a great stay, Enjoyed the beach during most of the day. The construction next door made it a little noisy at end of day to enjoy the pool.(only a few days) Great restaurants near by.

Our family with ages ranging from 8-75 had such an enjoyable week together staying in this incredible house! We were pleasantly surprised by how close the beach was. We spent the first half of our days enjoying the ocean and then came back to spend the afternoon and evening in the perfect backyard. Between the pool, waterfall, tiki hut, and lighting, it truly was like being in paradise. The game room in the garage was awesome to have at night for those who wanted to stay up later without bothering those who were ready to sleep. Carolyn was such a pleasure to work with and answered every question we had without making us feel like a bother. If AMI is where you are wanting to go, I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hey Mombo! The location was convenient and the management group was phenomenal. A storm moved through and caused some damage in the pool area and they were very responsive and made repairs to get the pool area open again quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was in Anna Maria. We brought a graduation group, and the layout of the house was perfect. There were plenty of spaces in and around the house for group activities and plenty of spaces for individual time. The pool area allowed us to have cookouts with plenty of seating and socializing. The graduates enjoyed the game room, the living room, and sitting around the kitchen island eating lunch and snacking.
As great as the house was, the service provided by the owner and property manager was the best. I have never stayed in a rental that had such quick service. Both the manager and the owner were just a quick message away and super responsive. I would rent the home again just for this reason.
The location was perfect. We were steps from the beach where we enjoyed swimming, sunning, and breathtaking sunsets. There was a Publix just across Manatee Ave. which allowed us to space out our grocery shopping. We were only a short golf cart ride to great restaurants and shopping.
The activities that we chose to do were all just a short drive away. We enjoyed parasailing and jet skiing, but our trip would have been perfect just staying at the house and enjoying the beach.
The graduates that we took kept saying that our trip was a perfect 10 out of 10. They all had a fabulous time and dreamed about all of them coming back and repeating the trip next year.

We had a great stay! The house itself is big and very accommodating. The property manager was great and so helpful with whatever we needed. Renting the golf cart was easy and very convenient. The house is across the street from a public beach which was nice! Will definitely come back!

The pool was a hit with the family. House had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed our stay. The top floor bedroom was not usable due to the road noise and too hot.

Beautiful house, in an amazing location! Loved being just across the street from the beach. Only drawback was a broken dishwasher, but property manager was on top of it and ordered a new one, but unfortunately didn’t come in time for our stay. Overall, an amazing vacation location!

The home is great! The location could not be any better. 1 block to Manatee Beach with the cafe, bar, and entertainment. Just down the street from Publix and some terrific restaurants. The golf cart was a blast! And the carts, coolers, beach chairs and towels were very much appreciated. We had a wonderful week and would absolutely rent this home again.

This property was perfect for the family celebration of our 50th Anniversary the first week of December 2022.
The beautiful home is well appointed throughout and the location is fantastic. To be able to walk across Gulf Dr. and be at the beach couldn’t have been better!! The pool and outdoor living spaces were as nice as pictured. A second large refrigerator/freezer was great. The close proximity to the Publix grocery store and CVS was an added bonus.
Our whole family would vote for a return visit!

Beautiful pool area! Nice game room for cool & rainy days too! We enjoyed the fire pit & grill. Property was overall great / just very expensive!
I think though that having enough trash bags, & dishwasher pods needs to be checked so we could keep things clean and picked up! Also had to call someone in to get us a broom ! Couldn’t believe that and vacuum were locked up! With kids and on a beach needed those daily !
Overall I would recommend - just need to tweak a few things!

Location and proximity to the beach was great! We were disappointed to see that the lot next door had been completely cleared, unlike the photos, so we had a full view of the main road, a lot of traffic noise and a lack of privacy. The house was not very clean. The AC on the second floor broke while we were there; Carolyn was quick to respond and was able to get someone out to service/fix it late that evening. Overall, we enjoyed our trip!

I cannot say enough about the convenience and location of this property to the beach. The house is pretty nice also!!! We loved having the ability to walk over to Manatee Beach and not have to load up the car/golf cart. You are right next to CVS and Publix and all the other amenities of AMI. We are already looking to stay here next year. Awesome hosts and communication through the booking process. You will not be disappointed...

This was a great place for our family to enjoy! We had all ages in the house and it worked perfectly! Nicely located near the manatee beach where we also spent a lot of time unless in the backyard and pool! Great restaurants and sites to see on the island! Any time we needed to touch base management was quick to check in and very kind! Thanks for helping make our vacation great!

Amazing Anna Maria Island Vacation
My family and I just had the best week. The house was perfect for our group of 10 and had everything that was advertised. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart. We got a ton of use out of it going into town and shopping. We also rented a boat ride from the property manager. The boat was great and Captain Jeremy did a great job! We were able to see dolphins and also saw a beautiful sunset. This place was great!

The rental property exactly fit the VRBO description. We had 7 adults & 3 children ranging in ages from 1-59. It rained two evenings so the game room was utilized for family fun! The outside area was beautiful, and the inside was spacious. It was easy to get to the beach, and we would highly recommend this property to others! Renting the golf cart made getting around the island easy, and the elevator helped with hauling luggage & cribs.

Lovely home, wonderful experience
Many thanks for the opportunity to stay at this gorgeous home. The furnishings in this home are beautiful and the pool area is well furnished and comfortable. Carolyn and her team were incredibly responsive and flexible. We enjoyed our time very much and appreciated all the "extras" (bath products, luxurious sheets and beach towels, well equipped beach cart, bikes, etc.)!

Great location, excellent to large groups, but needs work
Location to Holmes Beach was perfect and there are several restaurants that are very walkable. Trying to leave the property by car can be difficult as it exits on the main road for Anna Maria Island.. Home has an abundance of room, we had a party of 10. The pool and outside area is a wonderful gathering space in the evenings. The owner and property manager were very responsive to questions.
The are many things needing repair. For example, when we arrived the pool filter/heater was not running due to low water level. Took 2 days to heat with daily adding of water. Pool has a serious leak. Secondly, it rained one day and we found that the roof leaked on to the upper bedroom floor which created water marks in the ceiling below. General maintenance needs improvement

Multiple families stayed at this property and it was wonderful. Great location! 1 block over from Manatee beach and close to restaurants, grocery and shops! Everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, you name it! Amazing outdoor are with beautiful pool and tiki bar! Plenty of room for our group of 9! Would definitely return!!

The Best Vacation Ever
This home is magnificent! A perfect match for my family of 11 ranging from almost 2 to me, the nana!!! Everything we could possibly want or need is more than well appointed. Carolyn, the owner, was always available when we had a question. The house, the beach, the grocery store, and ease to activities...all rated an A+++++ in our book!! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make very special memories on a very special home!!! We definitely want to go back!
